I thought these were weird traffic signals. Kind of still think they are. I wonder what these are for.
We do have something like this in Tucson but I forget where right now. And I did see a few of these in Gary, Indiana, well on Lake Street near both railroad crossings, these would be on the opposite sides of the tracks and would stay green longer for drivers still crossing the tracks while the more regular and more common traffic lights before the tracks turned red.
